Martindale golf tourney

The fourth annual Red Sox vs.Yankees Golf Challenge at Martindale Country Club will be held Thursday, Aug. 22. The shotguns start begins at 9 a.m. and the format is a two-man scramble. The entry fee is $60 per player (includes green fee, cart, lunch and prizes).

Tennis fundraiser

LEWISTON — There will be a fundraiser for the Franklin Pasture Tennis Tournament on Saturday and Sunday, Aug 3 and 4 at the Franklin Pasture tennis courts at Lewiston High School. The fee is $20 per person and all the proceeds will go to repairing the tennis courts. There will be a be a doubles tournament, including a women’s and men’s mixed doubles.
