LEWISTON — The Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce is offering a Brown Bag Discussion from noon to 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, at Kaplan University, 475 Lisbon St.

William Wade of Dirigo Solutions will be the presenter. The discussion title is Excel — How to Simplify Tasks and Save Time.

Often people find themselves doing the same work over and over in Excel. Automation is the key and in Excel that means using macros. Macros are small pieces of code that execute commands. Participants will look at how to use macros to simplify tasks and save time.
