* James C. O’Brien, 62, Salem, probation violation, Oct. 18, no bail listed, Maine State Police.

* Dean Martin, 38, Sanford, warrant-failure to pay fines/fees, Oct. 18, $940 in fines paid to York County and $50 to Franklin County, released Oct. 18, Wilton Police Department.

* Michael Tracy, 47, Farmington, warrant-failure to pay fines/fees, Oct. 18, no bail listed, Wilton Police Department.

* David M. Lowell, 21, New Vineyard, violating condition of release, Oct. 18,  $2,500 unsecured, court appearance Dec. 20, Jay Police Department.
