Maine Hockey Journal and the sports department at the Sun Journal of Lewiston have entered into a partnership that will see the organizations share content moving forward.

“This is a great opportunity for MHJ because it will allow us to be able to expand our footprint within the state and increase our readership, and it gives the Sun Journal another platform to expand its hockey coverage,” MHJ owner and founder Chris Roy said.

“One goal of the media has always been to better inform readers, and to provide the latest and most in-depth coverage available,” Sun Journal Sports Editor Justin Pelletier said. “We feel that by forging partnerships with other media outlets, like Maine Hockey Journal, we can not only reach a broader audience, but provide our current audience with more enhanced sports coverage.
