DURHAM — A collision between a car and truck at the intersection of Route 9 and Plummer Mill and Swamp roads Thursday resulted in at least $6,000 damage but no injuries.

Androscoggin County Deputy Sheriff Jim Jacques said Leah Giasson, 40, of Lisbon Falls was driving west on Route 9 and attempting to turn left onto Plummer Mill Road and Craig Plummer, 54, of Turner was headed east on Route 9 and attempting to turn right onto Swamp Road when their vehicles collided.

Damage was estimated at $6,000 to Plummer’s 2006 Chevrolet truck. There was no damage estimate for Giasson’s 1999 Ford sedan.

No charges were filed in the 10:37 a.m. crash.
