LEWISTON — “What’s That Darn Ringing In My Ear? Let’s Talk About Tinnitus” will be the subject of a Tuesday, May 29, presentation by audiologists from the Central Maine Hearing Center.
David Jardine and Elizabeth Jardine, who each hold doctorate degrees in audiology, will host the seminar. The presentation, which is open to the public, is set for 6 p.m. in the Chairmen’s Rooms on the lower level of the 12 High Street Medical Office Building on the Central Maine Medical Center campus.
During Better Hearing Month in May, the Central Maine Hearing Center is joining a nationwide effort to remind the public that hearing loss prevention, and proper treatment of hearing loss once it occurs, are critical steps to preserving or improving hearing and securing a more fulfilling lifestyle.
The seminar is free of charge and open to the public. Refreshments and giveaways will be offered to attendees.
