LITCHFIELD — Litchfield fair known also as the “World’s fair” was held today under the most favorable conditions. The weather was ideal and there was not a single disappointing feature. Fully 3,000 people were on the grounds and the old time attractions were all here. It was a happy gathering — a grand reunion and a successful fair combined.
The exhibits this year were far superior to those of previous years in variety, quality and quantity. The stock, agricultural and other departments were well filled with splendid exhibits.
