Authorities say the students have been charged with illegal consumption of alcohol.

Three other students who rent the Winter Street apartment where the party happened on Saturday have been charged with providing a place for minors to consume alcohol as well as illegal consumption.

Colby Vice President Sally Baker says the students will be subject to discipline on campus.
