DEAR SUN SPOTS: We subscribers are fortunate to have you and your resources. Any ideas on an electrician willing to install a light switch? The site is too tight for my elderly fingers. I can’t imagine a large firm would have any interest. Thanks. — A senior, Lewiston

ANSWER: If anyone knows an electrician in the Lewiston area willing to help this elder, please write in.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: The Edward Little High School class of 1968 is hoping to find missing fellow classmates. Our reunion celebration of 55 years will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn. The classmates are Sharon Dodge, Shoeleh Farhadi, Joyce Leighton, Ardith Morrison Mills, Cynthia Sampson, Peter Asselin, Ron Brooks, James Dion, Robert Giguere, George Martineau and John Orr. Please call, text or email Jan Jacques at 207-212-3025 or email at janjacques50@gmail.com. — Jan, Auburn

DEAR SUN SPOTS: For those trying to locate classmates, two sites that I use are: FastPeopleSearch.com and SearchPeopleFree.com. I hope this helps them to connect with former classmates. Good luck with your search. — Mary, Rumford.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: In response to the question about how to keep deer from eating yard and garden plants, my husband uses Bobbex. We had many plants chewed up, but this stuff helps a lot. We ordered at The Home Depot. Just follow the directions.  — No name, Lewiston

ANSWER: Bobbex is marketed as eco-friendly and the best deer repellent, determined through an independent study by the Connecticut Department of Forestry & Horticulture during the growing season of 2006-07.
