DEAR SUN SPOTS: A public supper will be served on Saturday, May 13, at 5 p.m. at the Mexico Congregational Church, (the Green Church) at 163 Main St.

The menu consists of homemade chicken pie, peas, carrots, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce with gingerbread with whipped cream for dessert for a cost of $12 per plate.

Seating is offered in the dining room, which is handicapped accessible by using the elevator entrance on Mitchell Street. Takeout will also be available. Call 364-8603 for a 5:30 p.m. pickup. DEAR SUN SPOTS: Does anyone know of a beauty shop in Lewiston that has shampoo trays that extend out to customers who are getting their hair washed? Most have the old-fashioned ones with the customer having to bend their head and neck way back. This is difficult for the elderly, especially those with neck problems. — No name, Lewiston
