WILTON — The annual Santa’s Workshop is scheduled for 9-11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church at 59 High St.
The snow date is 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 11.
Each child will be able to shop for their adult loved ones and reinforce the spirit of giving, according to a news release from Lisa Lindsay, parish administrator.
Most gifts are either 25, 50, or 75 cents. There also is a $1 table.
Younger children needing assistance will be helped by an “elf” as parents wait outside. Shoppers will be sent home with gift bags, tissue paper, and gift tags so they can wrap the treasures they find at home.
If a child is experiencing cold/cough symptoms, they should wear a mask to help protect volunteers.
In case of storm, check the St. Luke’s Facebook page for announcements.
The program is not sponsored by Regional School Unit 9, but this information is being distributed in the local schools as a community service. All costs associated with this flyer are paid for by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.
