Erin Nelson of Norway Savings Bank in Bridgton, a project leader and Rotarian, is contacting all area schools with third graders for a count of how many dictionaries that need to be ordered for delivery this fall.

“We continue to seek homeschoolers at a third-grade level so that we can give those children dictionaries as well,” Nelson said in a news release from Carol Madsen of the Bridgton-Lake Region Rotary Club.

“Our Rotary Club covers the towns of Bridgton, Denmark, Harrison, Naples and Sweden, but we are willing to provide for homeschoolers anywhere in the Lakes Region. We’ll leave them at a local school, library or community center for pickup,” Nelson said.

People are asked to email lakeregionrotary@gmail.com with the number of dictionaries they are requesting.
