NORWAY — Second Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, plans to reopen its Thrift Shoppe from 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 24, at 205 Main St.
Because of the Oxford Hills community, the Thrift Shoppe will feature new, slightly used and antique items. All items are clean, in good working order and reasonably priced.
Money raised by the Thrift Shoppe will be used to support the many missions of the community church, which include a free drive-thru supper, online and in-person worship service, Sunday school, Bible study, knitting and book groups.
In addition to the Thrift Shoppe, there will be a sale of new and rarely used Longaberger products, sales will benefit the Mable Brown Scholarship fund.
For more information, call the church office at 207-743-2290 and check out its Facebook page.
