GRAY — Representatives from the Maine Biodiversity Research Institute will be at the Maine Wildlife Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 11.

A BRI investigator will present an interesting display focusing on the group’s work with Maine wildlife, from loons to osprey, to peregrine falcons and eagles.

By harnessing the power of state-of-the-art technology, people are connected to wildlife and ecological science through the use of BRI wildlife webcams, with 24-hour live streaming video of nesting birds. This is coupled with unique, dedicated blogs by expert BRI scientists.

BRI scientists are uniquely qualified to translate scientific data into usable information for policy makers and stakeholders, as well as schoolchildren and their teachers, as they grapple with the daunting environmental challenges of our day. For more information, visit www.briloon.org.
