Rumford’s Parish of the Holy Savior is many things to many people. Known by numerous names over the years, the church at 126 Maine Avenue was recently used in a scene in a Hallmark Channel movie called, “Open by Christmas,” according to residents. More importantly, the church will host a free dinner on Christmas, Saturday, Dec. 25. The dinner features turkey, ham, stuffing, potatoes, squash, desserts and more. Dinner will be served at 1 p.m. For more information, contact Deb at 207-364-6267. Bruce Farrin/Rumford Falls Times
