Sheri Withers-Hollenbeck makes cards Sunday afternoon at the studio she and her husband share. She recently gave her notice at her full-time job to concentrate on her business, Downtown Handmaid & Vintage at 178 Lisbon St. in Lewiston. When Withers-Hollenbeck learned other businesses in the area were having a pop-up Sunday opening, she joined in to use the opportunity to offer holiday shoppers opportunities to buy her and her husband’s creations, and those of several local artists who also have their work on display at the small, second-floor studio, near the corner of Chestnut Street. Withers-Hollenbeck says she is excited to be part of the growing revival of art and culture in downtown Lewiston. Russ Dillingham/Sun Journal
