Pumpkin Smoothie

Why not sip your pumpkin pie?

Makes one large smoothie

Ingredients:
½ cup pumpkin puree from a can
1 large banana
6-8 ice cubes
6 oz vanilla low-fat yogurt
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp honey
3 Tbsp low-fat milk
pinch nutmeg and whipped cream, optional garnish

Directions:
1. In a blender combine pumpkin, banana, ice, yogurt, spice, agave nectar, and milk. Pulse until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, and pinch of nutmeg. Enjoy!
