TURNER — Just before 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Schrep’s Corner Store at the intersection of Route 117 and Center Bridge Road was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money.

According to an Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department press release, the suspect is a white male, 5 feet, 6 inches to 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 200 to 225 pounds, with dark brown hair. The suspect was wearing a black ski jacket with a hood. The jacket had gray and white stripes on both sleeves. He was  wearing jeans and a plain gold wedding band.

The suspect left the store in a light-colored Nissan Altima or Maxima with unknown registration. He was last seen heading west on Route 117 toward Route 4. No weapon was displayed during the robbery and none of the clerks was injured.

Androscoggin County police are asking anyone with information about the robbery or the suspect to call 784-7361, extension 214 or 215.
