Allen Rose
SABATTUS – Allen Rose passed away on June 27, 2021 after a long and couragious battle with cancer.Allen was predeceased by a sister, Stacie Rose of Florida and Auburn, Maine, who died 10 months before him, his Nana from Bangor, Maine, an uncle from Bangor, Maine, Alan; uncle, Billy, aunt, Cindy, baby Ernie of Bangor, Maine.Allen was born in Bangor on Nov. 25, 1961, to Gloria Rose Gilpatric of Lisbon, Maine.Allen was educated in Bangor schools and found his calling with Hannaford in Lewiston super markets where he worked for over 30 years. A job that he loved and excelled in having made it to managers position until he got sick. He was a very musical man with a recording studio in his home and multiple guitars that he enjoyed very much.Allen is survived by his mother, Gloria Gilpatric, his stepfather, Charles Gilpatric both of Lisbon, Maine. His daughter, Lauren Rose of Lewiston who gave him his only grandchild, Oaklynn, that he loved beyond belief, and a son, Cameron Rose of Lewiston, that he was proud of. Close friends, Rick and Bonnie Lachance, and friends, Paul and Karen Longtin, and many aunts and uncles. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
