Maia Tebbets uses oversized scissors Thursday to cut the ribbon in front of a mural Thursday titled “Childhood Imagination.” This series of panels, located on Union Street in Lisbon Falls, involves four pieces of artwork created by Lisbon High School students and four pieces of artwork painted by local community children during an event held at the Lisbon Public Library last fall. From the left are Jo-Jean Keller, Abigail Cunningham, Tebbets, Ross Cunningham, who is the economic and community development director for the city of Lisbon, Helena Kai, Samantha Quandro, Luc Evans, and Town Manager Glenn Michalowski.
