I wonder if anyone else is tired of Trump, Trump, Trump, day and night in the media.

Donald Trump is very repetitious. He tells lies, spews insults, says hateful things about people, makes threats, claims he did nothing wrong, vilifies judges, and tries to intimidate witnesses.

I’d like to see more coverage of the goals and projects the Biden administration is working on. Among other things, it’s creating jobs, prioritizing the dangers of climate change (unlike Republicans who claim the crazy weather we’ve had recently is “just summer”), working to protect voting rights, taking care of our military (over 200 military promotions currently held up by Republican U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville), expanding access to health care, preventing cuts to Social Security and Medicare and improving infrastructure.

The Biden administration supports women’s right to control their own lives and supports fair treatment of everyone, regardless of color or gender.

U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, of “Jewish space lasers” fame, recently gave a speech in which she criticized Biden by comparing his Build Back Better program to President Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society and programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps and the Civil Rights Act. She believes that these programs shouldn’t  exist, demonstrating once again that too many Republicans think helping fellow Americans in need is a bad idea.

I wish that some Trump followers would write letters to the editor explaining why they support him. I think many of us would like to try to understand his appeal and cult leader status.
