LITCHFIELD – Conlen R. Redmond, 15, of Litchfield passed away at home on the morning of Monday July 31, 2023, after a long illness with Epilepsy. He was born in Lewiston on Nov. 1, 2007, and grew up in the Litchfield area. He was a current student at Oak Hill High School in Wales.
Conlen had the biggest heart. He liked to make people laugh and was always big on the “I Love You’s”. His friends describe him as funny and always there to help with their problems. He would stand up to school bullies knowing he was doing the right thing. Conlen’s friends and family were so important to him. Also important to him were his beloved Goldens; Luna, Willow and Ratchet. Conlen will always be remembered for his love of hanging out with his friends, gaming, going axe throwing, watching movies, swimming, landscaping with his brother-in-law and collecting swords. He will be deeply and sadly missed by many.
He is survived by his parents, Penny and Patrick Redmond of Litchfield, his sisters, Kyna Redmond and Samantha Catlin and husband Brandon, his nephew, Boyd Catlin, his maternal grandmother, Blanche Cook, his paternal grandfather, Robin Redmond and his paternal great-grandmother, Gloria Remond. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Rand Cook and his paternal great-grandfather, Charles Redmond.

A visitation will be held on Friday Aug. 11, 2023, from 5-6 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 6 p.m., at East Auburn Baptist Church. A celebration of life will follow the service also at the church.
