NORWAY — The Norway Police Department, assisted by officer from Paris and Rumford police departments, Maine State Police and the FBI Southern Maine Gang Task Force, executed a search warrant at 157 Ralph Richardson Road in Norway July 13.
According to Norway Police Chief Jeff Campbell, the warrant was a result of an ongoing investigationinto drug trafficking activity in the area.
Seized were varying quantities of methamphetamine and fentanyl along with firearms and paraphernalia related to the packaging, sale and distribution of illegal drugs, according to Campbell’s press release. Although there were many individuals in the residence at the time of the search and seizure, seven were arrested on various charges, Campbell said, including:
• Alicia M. Bryer, 39, of Norway – Violating conditions of release and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs
• Cory J. Colby, 43, of Norway – warrant arrest for failure to appear after bailed, probation revocation by arrest
• Richard S. Hodge, 32, of So. Paris – probation revocation by arrest
• Troy S. March Jr., 36, of Norway – unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs
• Michael W. Riseman, 21, of Harrison – warrant arrest for failure to appear after bailed
• Amy L. Richards, 41, of Norway – unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release
• Juvenile of Norway – juvenile warrant
