I keep reading how Donald Trump is the leading candidate for the 2024 Republican presidential race. I find this unbelievable.

Trump’s actions and lies about the 2020 election that he lost, which resulted in the insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021, should have been enough to disqualify him from any further consideration.

I can only assume that anyone supporting Trump actually believes he won in 2020. This is pure fantasy.

Some people claim there is a “deep state” that fixed the election. Again this is pure fantasy. If there actually was a “deep state” that could fix elections, why would Democrats have lost seats in the House?

Why would they let people like Ted Cruz, Mitch McConnell, and Lindsey Graham win in the Senate?

Donald Trump is not fit to be president. This has nothing to do with his political party. Trump simply lacks the moral character needed in a leader.

In 2020 there were no challengers to Trump, but in 2024 we have at least a few who seem like decent human beings (Tim Scott, Chris Christie, Mike Pence to name three).

It is way past time to move past Trump.
