AUBURN — River Valley, a team comprised of players from Leeds, Greene, Turner and Buckfield, defeated Auburn 10-3 at Auburn Suburban to win the Cal Ripken 9U state championship on Tuesday.

River Valley had 10 hits in the game, with Garrett Marquis, Michael Larochelle and Chase Luciano each having two hits apiece.

River Valley had no errors in the field.
