LEWISTON — Dr. Alison Daigle, a provider of care for people living with multiple sclerosis in Lewiston, has been recognized as a Neurologic Care Partner through the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Partners in MS Care program.
This recognition honors Daigle’s commitment to providing exceptional, coordinated MS care. St. Mary’s Neurology Associates’ clinicians demonstrate a wealth of knowledge, experience, and the important attention to detail necessary in treating people living with MS, according to a news release from Ben Sullivan, communications and marketing manager with the St. Mary’s Health System.
The Partners in MS Care program recognizes committed providers who support the society’s initiative of affordable access to high-quality MS health care for everyone living with MS — regardless of geography, disease progression and other disparities.
“We are proud to partner with Dr. Daigle to enhance quality and dedicated care for the people who live with MS in the Lewiston/Auburn area,” Lori Espino, National MS Society, Greater New England president, said. “In earning this recognition, Dr. Daigle has demonstrated extraordinary leadership in MS care, making a tremendous impact on the nearly one million people living with MS in our country.”
