We had more entries for last week’s Mystery Photo than we expected, including one from Amy Chapman, who wrote, “I know exactly where today’s Mystery Photo was taken . . . right in my front yard in Locke’s Mills/Greenwood, on the corner of Route 26 and East Bethel Road! The skidder belongs to my husband, Tony, who enjoyed enhancing his reputation as a slightly eccentric lifelong logger by decorating it for Christmas before it went up for sale. He also blogs about his more than 50 years in the woods at logrun.substack.com. Thanks to my neighbor Charlie for alerting me before I had looked at the paper this morning, and starting my day off with a good laugh!” Chapman and all the other correct entrants were entered into a random drawing and Arnold Jordan of Greenwood was picked as the winner of a $20 Hannaford Supermarket gift card.
