Having grown up on a farm in central Maine, I know how important it is to have strong advocates for our agricultural economy and rural communities in Augusta. That’s why I am proudly supporting Kathy Shaw for state representative in Maine District 88.

As the co-owner and operator of a small farm in Auburn, Kathy understands the pressures facing rural businesses and landowners, and she has a deep commitment to protecting our natural resources. As chair of the city of Auburn’s Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee, Kathy works tirelessly to inform the public about issues like PFAS, and to get people engaged in key decisions that will impact our community.

Kathy’s experience and commitment to public engagement would make her a very valuable advocate for us in Augusta. I hope people will join me in voting for her this November.
