I moved to Livermore Falls over six years ago and fell in love with the area.

It’s a fairly safe community, and I have come to know many who have lived here all their lives. I love the outdoors, the simplicity of life here and the people.

I also moved here because property taxes are low, and overall it’s affordable for a senior like me.

Unfortunately, costs have been rising very quickly, and our current government is spending too much. It’s time to lower taxes and costs, but the way to do so is to not spend on things we don’t need.

I am supporting Sheila Lyman for House District 76 state representative in November, because she understands how hardworking Mainers are being hurt by excessive government spending.

As a former teacher she has a proven record of working hard for our children.
