NORTH ANSON — Ten players scored for Spruce Mountain/Dirigo in its 10-0 girls soccer win over Carrabec on Monday.
Goalie Emma Towers earned the shutout, making seven saves for Spruce Mountain/Dirigo (3-2)
Maci Plourde had 6 saves for the Cobras (0-5).
HALL-DALE 8, OAK HILL 0: Hayden Madore had a hat trick to pace the Bulldogs past the Raiders 8-0 in Farmingdale.
Sierra Gibbons added two goals for Hall-Dale (7-0-0), while Rita Benoit, Marie Benoit and Karlie Reith scored one each. Rita Benoit and Dorothy Ives also had two assists apiece. Bethany Ives earned the shutout in net.
MacKenzie Vattaso made 18 saves for Oak Hill (1-5-0).
VOLLEYBALL
GARDINER 3, LEWISTON 0: The Tigers (6-0) continued their undefeated start to the season by beating the Blue Devils 25-15, 25-11, 25-11 in Gardiner.
Lewiston’s Nadifo Heban blocked three shots, made three kills and served three aces. Adrianna Eskandari also served three aces for the Blue Devils (2-4), and Amino Juma blocked two shots.
FIELD HOCKEY
MT. ARARAT 2, MT. BLUE 0: Rebecca St Pierre knocked home a second-quarter goal as the Eagles (6-2) beat the Cougars (1-6) at Topsham.
Belle Hemond put her shot to the top left corner to round out the scoring for Mt. Ararat.
