Define what “success” would look like if you are elected to serve your district.
To me, success means that I have made life better for Mainers. It means I am proud of my work and that I can point to tangible results that directly ease people’s burdens and improve their well-being. It also means bringing people back together and strengthening our sense of community.
Characterize your view on public access to governmental business.
I think that transparency in government is an important way to build trust between constituents and legislators. The public should know how their elected officials are representing them and how their tax dollars are being spent.
