LEWISTON — Movement at the Museum, a new series of classes at Museum L-A, will create healthy social activities for the community. Classes are set for 5 p.m. on the final Friday of each month at the museum at 35 Canal St.
“These classes will bring the residents of Maine an opportunity to discover new interests, connect socially, foster health and wellness, and engage with our museum in a new way,” says Executive Director Rachel Ferrante, according to a news release from the museum. No prior experience is needed for any of the classes. The first three evenings in the series will coincide with Art Walk L-A and are offered for free because of donation from Norway Savings Bank.
