A Ragtime Fair will be held from 12-5 p.m. on Sunday July 3, at Deertrees Theatre in Harrison. Highlights include a live variety entertainment show (kicks off at 2 pm) with music by Ragtime Rebellion, comedy by Jack “Off-Broadway”, and Nettie Gentempo performs spectacular hula hoop dancing and teaches her expert skills on the lawn. Private psychic readings are also available for an additional charge.

Members of the Harrison Volunteer Fire Department offer complimentary grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for all to enjoy – donations will gratefully be accepted. And The Salt Lick Café will have snacks, beer, wine and canned cocktails available for purchase.

Admission to the Ragtime Fair and grounds are free. Variety show tickets are $15 and private reserved psychic readings are $35. Tickets are available at deertrees-theatre.org. All ticket prices include a $2 Heritage Fee that supports the ongoing restoration and improvements of the Deertrees Theatre.

Founded in 1936 originally as an opera house by prominent opera singer/director Enrica Clay Dillon, Deertrees Theatre has been home to Broadway stars and local actors, world-acclaimed musicians and aspiring students.
