WALES – Dillon Pomerleau, 31, passed away in his home on April 17, 2022.
Born in Lewiston on Jan. 29, 1991, Dillon was the son of Rachel Charest and Scott Pomerleau. Graduating from Monmouth Academy in 2009, he then begin working for various employers in the construction business.
Dillon was a very sensitive and caring soul, if you ever had the pleasure of being in his company, he would have more than likely offered you some of his vast supply of ice cream. A very talented guitar player, he derived his passion from many different influences, most notable, Van Halen. Being able to do many tapping style rifts, which were far beyond the capability of most.
Dillon loved animals and had many of them through the years: Beauty, Sammy, Rocky, Chico, Pongo, and Bruno. He also loved frisbee golf, video games, and horror style movies and TV shows.
Dillon is survived by his mother, Rachel Charest and his father, Scott Pomerleau; his grandparents Fernand and Jacqueline Charest; his brother, Richard and his friend Courtney; his uncles Michael and Todd Pomerleau, Denis Charest; his niece, Audriana Charest, and his nephew, Richard Pomerleau Jr.
Dillon is predeceased by his grandparents Marcel and Diane Pomerleau.
A memorial visitation will be held April 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a funeral service at 2 p.m. in care of The Fortin Group, 70 Horton St., Lewiston.
