With inflation decimating our paychecks, Mainers need Eric Brakey fighting for us in Augusta.

Two years ago, most politicians were rushing to pass trillions in unfunded spending, pretending there would be no consequences to our economy.

At that moment, Eric Brakey demonstrated bravery. Standing virtually alone in Maine politics, Brakey told an unpopular truth, warning about the inflationary consequences of printing too much money out of thin air.

“It is paid for by stealing from our retirements with inflation and the futures of our children with debt,” Brakey warned in March 2020. It may have cost him his bid for Congress, but can anyone deny today (with inflation at a 40-year high of 8.5%) that he was right?

To fight inflation, Maine needs leaders who saw it coming. That’s why I’m voting for Eric Brakey for Maine Senate to represent New Gloucester, Auburn, Poland and Durham.
