I see that Calvary Chapel Bangor is suing Gov. Janet Mills over her use of restrictions during the pandemic.

I say, thank God we have an intelligent, caring leader who made an effort to protect our health and well-being. If anything, she probably should have acted quicker and provided enforcement.

It’s very hard for me to understand how any group leader, especially politicians and preachers, could show so little regard for the safety of their people as was exhibited during the pandemic. I can’t imagine how anyone could attend a church where masking, vaccinations or group gathering were opposed during that time.

For the record, I’m not a relative and not a Democrat. I was a Republican until that left wing liberal Ronald Reagan was president. I’d be ashamed to be in that party now.
