NORWAY — The Friends of Norway Memorial Library will accept donations of used books for their summer book sales from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 9, at the Gingerbread House, 500 Main St.
Proceeds from the sale of these donated books will support the library’s audiobook and DVD collections, digital audio and ebooks, programs, and other services for the library.
Donations should be clean, gently used, hardcover, and paperback fiction and nonfiction for children and adults. Please do not include Readers Digest condensed books, book club editions, encyclopedias, textbooks, magazines, or audio or video materials.
Summer book sale are set for 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays, May 14, June 11, July 9, and Aug. 1. All sales are held outside on the lawn of the Gingerbread House located on Main Street in Norway, directly across from Pleasant Street.
