Students pass between classes Friday morning on the first day of optional masking at Leavitt Area High School in Turner. Fewer than 10% of the students observed chose to wear masks. Maine School Administrative District 52 is one of the first districts in Androscoggin County to reverse its COVID-19 mask mandate.
