AUBURN — The Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments is presenting the free webinar E-Commerce Payment Processing on Jan. 27 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

It’s open to businesses, entrepreneurs and nonprofits in Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties.
