YARMOUTH — Lewiston scored two power play goals to pull away from Yarmouth/Freeport and earn a 3-0 win Saturday at Travis Roy Arena.
The Blue Devils (2-0) broke a scoreless tie when Leah Dube set up Leah Landry for a power-play goal with 9:16 remaining in the second period. Lilly Gish made it 2-0 with a power-play goal set up by Charlotte Cloutier with 10:28 to play in the third.
Six minutes later, Toree St. Hilaire set up Dube for Lewiston’s third goal.
Blue Devils goalie Kim McLaughlin made 12 saves and shut out the Clippers (0-2).
