I’m thrilled to endorse Elizabeth Eames for the Lewiston School Committee in Ward 3.

Elizabeth is a brilliant and hardworking leader who shares my progressive values. As a School Committee member, Elizabeth would fight for equal justice in Lewiston public schools. She believes every student — regardless of their race, religion, language, or family income — deserves to get a great education.

We can also trust Elizabeth to take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously, and to follow scientific guidance.

I encourage all my former constituents in Ward 3 to support Elizabeth by voting early, or on Election Day. Ward 3 deserves a School Committee member who will be a voice for marginalized folks in Lewiston; we can trust Elizabeth to stand up for the people most politicians ignore.
