WILTON — Western Maine Play Museum, at 561 Main St., is offering in-person ticket sales again, at the price of $7 per person for 12 months and older.
July starts with welcoming Laurel Mulherin as program director. Rentals will be available again for birthday parties and other special events.
The museum has collaborated with Sandy River Players to offer a performance of “The Little Mermaid.” Stay tuned for more information on purchasing tickets for the show.
Wilton’s Blueberry Fest is scheduled for Aug. 6 and 7, with many events around town. This is the two-year anniversary of museum’s grand opening.
Joni James, executive director, extends an invite to the Kid Zone. “There will be lots of free outdoor activities like a blueberry hunt, cookie decorating, crafts and everyone’s favorite train tables. While you are playing you can dance and sing along to the musical stylings of DJ Beets,” said James, according to a news release from the museum.
The board members of museum have set a date for the revival of their annual fundraising gala and auction, set for Sept. 18.
