GARDINER — Travis Caron scored six goals to lead Oak Hill/Monmouth/Lisbon to a 10-7 boys lacrosse win over Gardiner on Monday.
Riley Worth had two goals, while Spenser Berube had three assists for the Raiders (4-0).
Connor Bell had four goals for the Tigers (3-2), while Cam Rizzo added three goals. Connor Cote had 17 saves for Gardiner.
GIRLS LACROSSE
WINDHAM 18, LEWISTON 7: Emma Yale scored seven goals and Riley Beem added four goals as the Eagles (4-0) beat the Blue Devils (2-1) in Windham.
Julia McKenna, Isabelle Babb and Molly Black each notched two goals for Wundham.
Charlotte Gastonguay led Lewiston with four more goals while Ceci Miller, Brie Dube and Rebecca Lussier each scored a goal.
BASEBALL
LEWISTON 6, BRUNSWICK 4: Keegan McLaughlin pitched six innings, striking out eight and allowing three hits in the Blue Devils’ win over the Dragons in Brunswick.
Damon Bossie had three hits, including a double, and drove in two. Josh Murphy hit a triple and ended the day with two hits and two RBIs. Nate Lyons and Michael Dymkowski also had two hits for Lewiston (4-3).
Wes Cooper had a pair hits for Brunswick (2-4). The Dragons scored all four runs in the first before Lewiston answered with four of its own in the second for a 5-4 lead.
LEAVITT 7, CONY 5: The Hornets (4-5) scored five runs in the fourth inning to pull away from the Rams (3-4) in Turner.
Wyatt Hathaway earned the save on the mound and hit a double in the fourth to kick off the huge inning for Leavitt. Garret Mollica got the win for the Hornets.
Kyle Douin knocked two doubles and a single in the loss for Cony.
MARANACOOK 4, WINTHROP 3, 8 INN.: Nick Florek doubled in the eighth and then scored the winning run on a wild-pitch, lifting the Black Bears to the walk-off victory in Readfield.
Cody Smith pitched 7 2/3 innings and struck out seven for Maranacook. Wyatt Lambert finished the eighth and got the win.
Logan Baird had three hits for Winthrop (2-2).
MONMOUTH ACADEMY 3, LISBON 2: Sam Calder had two hits and came on in the sixth to preserve the tight victory for the Mustangs (7-0) in Monmouth.
After shutting out Lisbon in the top of the sixth, the Mustangs scored all three of their runs in the bottom half of the inning to take the lead. Manny Calder also had two hits for Monmouth and took over at catcher in the sixth when Sam Calder relieved starter Kyle Palleschi.
Lisbon scored another run in the top of the seventh but couldn’t complete the comeback. Caleb Phillips notched two hits in the loss. Hunter Brissette pitched a complete game.
POLAND 11, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 1: Dylan Sellinger and Regan Cohen had three hits each, Brody Keefe was 2 for 4 with four RBIs and the Knights (3-4) beat the visiting Patriots (2-6) in six innings.
Hunter Gibson allowed one run on eight hits with four strikeouts and two walks for the Knights.
Wyatt Kenney led the way for the Patriots with three hits. Zach Winchester had two hits and an RBI.
TELSTAR 4, BUCKFIELD 3: The Rebels (4-4) earned an extra-inning win over the Bucks (0-5) in Bethel.
In the eighth inning, Telstar’s Evan Leach placed a bunt down to move runners to second and third and was followed by a deep single from Cameron Palmer that scored the winning run. Will Doyle started the game on the mound for the Rebels, striking out eight, and was followed by Palmer, who earned the win in relief.
Buckfield’s Roger Keough singled twice and Rick Kraske, Hunter Driscoll, Kaleb Harvey and Brayden Jack all notched singles in the loss.
SOFTBALL
BRUNSWICK 6, LEWISTON 5: Blake Austin scored the winning run in the eighth inning as the Dragons (6-1) edged the Blue Devils (1-4) in Brunswick.
Ellie Sullivan threw all eight inning to get the win while Riley McAllister paced the Dragons offense with three hits. Kelsey Sullivan, Morgan Foster and Kelsey Cassidy each had two hits.
Skylar Gelinas, Brooke Mynahan, Charlotte Cloutier and Gemma Landry each had two hits for the Blue Devils.
BUCKFIELD 9, TELSTAR 4: The Bucks took the lead in the first inning and never looked back as they earned the win over the Rebels in Buckfield.
Buckfield scored five runs over the first three innings as Cassidy Lowell and Cara Merrill both hit two singles in the win. The Bucks put the game away with four runs in the fifth to pull away from Telstar.
Telstar’s Natasha Mason hit a triple and Sarah Chase knocked a double in the loss.
DIRIGO 6, OAK HILL 5: The Cougars rallied in the seventh inning to earn a walk-off victory in Dixfield on Monday.
Grace Robbins pitched seven innings, striking out five in the win. Alexa Perreault, Alyvia Perreault and Robbins all had three hits, while Robbins drove in three runs.
Oak Hill’s Kelsey Young earned three hits and scored twice. On the mound, Mia Valliere struck out six in the loss.
MARANACOOK 9, WINTHROP 1: Abby Jacques had two doubles to lead the Black Bears to a win over the Ramblers in Readfield.
Grace Dwyer and Brooke Stratton each had a single and double for Maranacook (2-3). Alexis Michaud earned the win in the circle for the Black Bears, striking out 11 batters.
Lydia Rice had two singles for Winthrop (1-2).
OXFORD HILLS 14, EDWARD LITTLE 0: The Vikings (5-1) dominated from start to finish, scoring in every inning on their way to a win over the Red Eddies (3-4) in Auburn.
Oxford Hills scored one run in each of the first three innings, then five in the fourth, to put away Edward Little. Trinity Bernard notched four hits, including two doubles, while Katie Montelongo had three hits. Kiara McLeod took the win for the Vikings.
EL’s Maddy Scott and McKenzi Horton both singled in the loss.
