Clouds form after digging exposes warm dirt and St. Laurent & Sons worker Josh Becvar exhales in Monday morning’s frigid temperatures  off Bartlett Street in Lewiston. The area surrounding the former Hudson Bus property is being transformed into a giant catch basin for the Gully Brook water runoff from Bartlett Hill, new athletic fields at Lewiston High School and surrounding neighborhood storm drains.
