Fran Fowler of Farmington won a handmade Kaleido-Star quilt in a drawing at SugarWood Gallery in Farmington. It was made by Sally Rowe, center, whose creations were displayed at the gallery for five weeks. Proceeds benefited the Farmington Public Library.
