LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Central Maine Human Resource Association and the Lewiston CareerCenter, is hosting a Human Resources Seminar Series from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at the chamber, 415 Lisbon St.

Representatives from Community Health Options and TD Bank will be the presenters.

Topic for discussion will be “LGBTQ and Diversity” — what does that mean for a business as the workforce diversifies? How can a business be inclusive and proactive in recruitment and retention efforts? This will be an opportunity to ask questions and get some advice and tangible next steps.

Cost for this seminar is $25 for chamber members; $50 for nonmembers; free for members of the Central Maine Human Resource Association.
