NEW LONDON, N.H. — Colby-Sawyer College President Susan D. Stuebner declared Nov. 28, Resident Assistant Appreciation Day at the college.
Chelsea Perry of Oakland, a member of the class of 2021 majoring in business administration, is one of 25 resident assistants being recognized and thanked for outstanding work supporting all students, developing communities based on individual responsibility and respect for others, and providing opportunities for student learning.

AUBURN — Two second-year students in the Business Administration and Management program at Central Maine Community College have been awarded $1,250 scholarships from the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) for study during the current academic year.
The scholarship recipients are Elena McNeil of West Paris, and Crystal House of Rangeley. has earned both high honors and president’s honors in her studies here at CMCC. She lives in Rangeley and hopes to one day start her own business.

CEDARVILLE, Ohio — Cedarville University student Joshua Horne of Topsham joined a team of fellow senior mechanical engineering majors to design, build and fly a remote control airplane capable of transporting supplies to “colonists” in the Society of Automotive Engineers International Aero Design East Competition in Fort Worth, Texas.
The competition is divided into three divisions: micro class, regular and advanced. In order to win the competition, the team must score well in their written report, presentation and their actual flying. The event takes place March 8-10, 2019.

BANGOR — Husson University has announced that Danielle Fogg of Gray will receive a $4000 President’s Academic Scholarship and a $1000 Legacy Scholarship for the 2018-2019 academic year.
Fogg is a first-year student who is currently enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.
