CHESTERVILLE — A local man was arrested Thursday when sheriff’s deputies from Franklin County responded at 8:27 p.m. to a report of a disturbance at a residence on Vienna Road, according to Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr.

Donald G. Wright, 42, of Chesterville was charged with unlawful sexual contact. A conviction on the charge is punishable by a maximum five years in prison.

Wright is being held without bail at the Franklin County Detention Center in Farmington, a corrections officer said Friday. No more information was available Friday.
