AUBURN — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will hold host a breakfast from 6:45 to 9 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch, 14 Great Falls Plaza.
Curtis Picard, president and CEO of the Retail Association of Maine, will present the retail outlook for the holiday shopping season and into 2019.
Picard serves on the board of directors of the Maine Tourism Association, Topsham Development Inc. and the Maine Society of Association Executives. He has previously served on the Council of State Retail Associations, National Retail Federation and InforME. He was appointed by Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner George Gervais to the Maine Small Business and Entrepreneurship Commission.
The breakfast will also feature the chamber’s mini-marketplace, where attendees will have the opportunity to finish up holiday shopping. Those attending are encouraged to wear holiday attire. Music to shop by will be provided by Tim Clough and John Smedley of the Three Point Jazz Group.
