PARIS — Oxford County Commissioner Timothy Turner defeated Democratic challenger Dan O’Neill on Tuesday for the District 3 seat on the three-member panel.

Turner, who lives in Buckfield, who was elected to his seat in 2014, defeated O’Neill by a vote of 4,398 to 3,047.

District 3 includes the towns of Buckfield, Hartford, Hebron, Otisfield, Oxford, Paris, Sumner, West Paris and Woodstock.
